Headers as links
It is inconsistent and visually unsettling to have any
<h2>
linked. This just popped up on the index page:
<h2 id="downloadosdownload"><a href="/os/download">Download</a></h2>
This section is trying to do two different things and is therefore a bit confusing.. For clarity, the two different download options - /os/download and torrent - should both be listed under an unlinked
<h2>
IMO.

We have other pages with header links. How should we address the problem globally?
-
Show me a page where that happens. Probably would be best to have a generic descriptive
h2
and put the link below in a para or a list. -
https://beta.devuan.org/os/ -> "Documentation" and "Packages" are links.
-
Added devuan.org label

My first objection is that Documentation is currently linked to Devuan specific info. But available Documentation also includes Debian documentation. I suggest this rewrite:
Documentation
Devuan utilizes several sources for documentation.
- As Devuan is a fork of Debian, most [Debian documentation][gdo-debian-doc] remains relevant for Devuan Jessie.
-
The [Doc Devuan][doc] project creates and maintainS
<a>documentation</a>
more specific to Devuan.
I suspect these - [Doc Devuan][doc] - may make a documentation link redundant.
The packages section can be similarly rewritten.
