slim.conf not copied to /etc

slim_1.3.6-5+devuan4rc5a1 slim.conf does not get copied to /etc resulting in default theme instead of devuan theme.

This is not the formal source tree for devuan. There is currently no devuan theme at least on the clone I just downloaded. In any case: Remove or Move the file to be replaced and run

"make install"

The debian directory will need to accommodate this.
