dependencies for control file

This was the output ofdpkg-depcheck -d ../configure. No idea why perl is in there. I suppose something from the build-aux files is using it? Or dpkg?

As for libncurses-dev, configure will be satisfied with it, but better to use libncursesw, otherwise a user could experience this bug .

For now, I've added most of the items above (will push shortly) and will wait for more feedback as to how to proceed with this particular issue.
