torrent link pointing to jessie on devuan-install.md

On file devuan-install.md on master the link for torrent points to devuan_jessie.torrent for the stable releases.

I've taken a look at the situation. I updated the links in docs that are using devuan-install.md but others are still named jessie-install.md so it wasn't appropriate to fix the links there.
