A need for install guides

Because of recent discussions about user experience, we put a guide based on devuan-install.md directly on the devuan.org website. I'm just wondering what the status of some of the guides are in other languages. I know that some still say they are for Jessie but should be for ascii, but I'm wondering if we can link to those pages directly if they are in a reasonable state (since I don't read those languages).

@all Please let me know the status of your pages and if you think they are in a good state.
