Peer review on documentation
Although there's a lot of hits here, there's not much feedback. Whilst Jessie docs should remain mostly frozen unless there's a real need to change it, any peer review for ascii or documentation for all releases would be great. Also the newcomers install guide for Jessie is open to feedback.
Anyone who happens to drop by or is contributing should feel free to comment.

I'd appreciate help checking for anything out of place in the newly merged pt (Portuguese) translation. I've also made some small fixes to other languages (just fixing broken/missing links, not really translating anything else) in their README.md. Just click them and see if they take you to the right place. Thank you.
