Show original thoughts on layout in a document. Issue #72 (closed)

Add translation for 'Read in English' to display in other languages. also #72 (closed)

Make any corrections to remote ascii upgrade instructions. issue #73

Inspect translated docs and merge to master.

Make any whitespace corrections.

Update translations to reflect current list of minimalistic/dbus free software

Clean up master of no longer needed files if there are any.

Make sure there is enough 'stable' (frozen) docs for each translation to push (latest always on #78 (closed) ). Plain instructions like migration and upgrades should be enough for the first push. A later push would be more complete than this.
