wine: Missing /etc/debian_version

After installing devuan from netinstall beta, upgrading to testing and installing wine fails with the following error:

erik@blackstar:~> winecfg
cat: /etc/debian_version: No such file or directory

Creating /etc/debian_version with any contents or creating a symlink to devuan_version works.
