User not authorized?
Made a netinstall in virtualbox on May 31. User can't shutdown or reboot. Action button and menu choices appear to be active, but attempting to shut down or reboot leads to the lightdm login. Power button items in login screen are grayed out.
(Maybe a separate issue?) User can't control network manager. User is a member of the netdev group.

That's probably a consolekit, policy kit, power manager issue.

In irc today, dimkr had me run a few tests. The logout problem goes away if /lib/systemd/systemd-logind is moved. I didn't test with network manager, because I'd already disabled it and set up static ip.
