move debian-installer to the d-i group (to maintain consistency with debian groupings).
I've created a d-i (aka debian-installer) group to put the debian-installer related packages in. This is to maintain consistency with the original debian grouping. This may help with getting cross pollination from debian.
There are some existing packages (such as debian-installer) which are prime candidates for moving into this group.
