Missing default behaviour for [enter] at help screens (alpha 4)

If you go to help pages (f1-f10) then try to boot using enter, you get this message:

Any idea if this is different then from debian installers?

Could also be a netboot specific thing...

debian cd's would usually just boot to the standard install from there

hmm... can you tell me if the debian installer shows anything at the boot: prompt at the bottom of the screen then??

First boot is the splash without a prompt, on going to the help options there is at the bottom the prompt "Press F2 through F10 for details, or ENTER to boot:" (devuan alpha 4 has the same prompt here) from there debian just brings up the standard installer on hitting enter (doesn't display any information there until the dialogs appear).
