[DNG] Installer 'Firmware' partition

Original email: https://lists.dyne.org/lurker/message/20160321.205108.7664cf58.en.html

On request, Boruch Baum provided a mini-howto to be added to the installer:

"Your install media has been pre-configured with a writable partition labeled 'Firmware' which you may use to load the firmware file. You may now remove the media. From another computer, search for the debian package containing file -------, download its SOURCE package, file name suffix tar.gz, extract the archive, copy the file to the 'Firmware' partitiion, return to this machine, and plug the install media back in."

Perhaps this could be added to the prompt when firmware is required...

This should be added to the relevant debconf templaces in hw-detect. Moving tiss to https://git.devuan.org/devuan-for-review/hw-detect .
