debian/control points to old URIs

VCS information for this package is wrong: it points to the old location.

Also the VCS-Git value givesgit@git.do...which is a non-public URI. It should probably use HTTPS unless there's a good reason not to.

@nextime do you want me to commit the necessary changes to master?
