systemd-sysv pinning redundant?
This isn't really an issue but more of an understanding thing - systemd-sysv is an officially-blacklisted package , but you're pinning it off in '/etc/apt/preferences.d/avoid-systemd' - is this to allow your system to have both normal Debian and Devuan repos at the same time?
