Please decrease epoch to 1

Version 220:3.2.2 looks terribly and does the same as 1:3.2.2: 

dpkg --compare-versions 1:3.2.2-devuan1 gt 232-25 && echo greater || echo No
greater

    1: There is no reason to have an epoch at all I will coordinate with the maintainer to fix the package and remove the epoch version from the archive so the non-epoch version will be accepted.

    2: please file bugs via bugs.devuan.org or via reportbug (make sure you have the latest version).
