fixes required for ascii

  1. missing upstream tag

  2. set yourself as the maintainer, drop the uploader tag (for now).

note - I'm using ascii-proposed for the test build. This way it doesn't result in not ready packages entering the repo... soon should have a separate unmerged section called -proposed that you can set up in your sources list for testing packages.
