pulse failed to be added in group on 'jessie'

Installation of pulseaudio on 'jessie' failed as

Setting up pulseaudio (5.0-13+devuan2) ... groupadd: failure while writing changes to /etc/group adduser: /usr/sbin/groupadd -g 103 pulse returned error code 10. Exiting.

Request for fix

Problem resolved along with security update of 'libvncclient0'. I could not find any relation between them also. Any way some smile for me.
