Add "Press F1 to change window manager" to login window
To make it discoverable how to change window managers, the phrase "Press F1 to change window manager" should be added to the GUI login screen. This will prevent people needlessly tampering with config files in order to change window managers.

@CenturionDan . . . this issue can be closed as hellekin and I have added this to the slim login screen last month. I do not have authority to close issues here.

Issues should be closed when the code is merged. https://git.devuan.org/devuan-packages/slim/blob/suites/jessie/debian/devuan-curve/panel.png shows that it's not.
