move themes to desktop base and create a purpy theme
The theme should be provided via desktop-base package.
We need a purpy theme too.

Lets leave the leafy theme here as the default for when desktop-base is not installed.
I'll set this package up to use alternatives to set the location of the theme in this package and we can override this using alternatives in desktop-base for the purpy etc theme.
I'll copy your purpy the theme into desktop-base manually and you can fork/edit from there.
