we need to import also ifupdown package

as for https://lists.debian.org/debian-devel/2015/05/msg00574.html , ifupdown is being abandoned on the road of adopting other solution ( and in particular marco d'itri point he's finger on systemd-networkd ), so, we will need to adopt ifupdown soon
