lxpanel: hangs after some usage without reason and nevers go back working

lxpanel afeter some usage, when try to added some plugins hangs after some usage without reason and nevers go back working

i removed all profile, settings and configurations and try to launch again and does not respond, session hangs until killed

using openbox or other

(reported to devuan disorder bug traker but posted here due forums seems track this gitlab interface)
