We should declare ourself as an informal group, something like "Devuan Team", and put copyright on that.

Devuan is a registered trademark of Dyne, dyne should also make a statement that holds the trademark as a trustee for and per the Devuan Team informal group.

I own the domain devuan.org, i will declare i maintain it as a trustee per and for the Devuan Team informal group.

All of those documents should be signed and "notarized" using the blockchain, and also we should setup a blockchain based smartcontract and shares for the "quotes" of the informal group between the trustee, with a large quote of shares with multiple signatures to be moved.

At this stage it is enough to notarize that the name and trademarks of Devuan are held on behalf of the Devuan community by Dyne.org until such time as if ever that Devuan has set up a not for profit trust or society.

IANAL but I will ask people at Ceata how they handle this.
