license page for devuan web site
To make it easy to third party, both users and who eventually need to know about licensing in the devuan project, we need to setup a page like this one for debian: https://www.debian.org/legal/licenses/
This will ease also things like asking companies for supports by give service to devuan for free where they provide an "open source support program" like, for example, globalsign.com does for SSL certificates to open source project ( and this is the trigger that have pointed me in that direction ).
