The initial lxc-devuan template enabled the --no-check-gpg debootstrap option to be used as a default, in the event the Devuan keyring cannot be downloaded.

As discussed on Dng, it might be better to change the default, disabling --no-check-gpg.

The option to override can be added later as an enhancement.
