Put descriptions all all exported repositories
Some repositories on https://neo900.org/git/ do not have a description, and their name is not descriptive either, which is confusing to visitors.

mentioned in issue ops#6 (closed)
-
What are:
- ftpf
- uboot
- x-loader
-
Are the three repos empty?
git clone git://neo900.org/$project
seems to work, but returns an empty repository. -
We could
rm {fptf,u-boot,x-loader}/git-daemon-export-ok
and have them out of the public space while they're not worked on. -
sorry I wasn't aware of this issue#8 (if there's been any email notification to me about it, it got lost among the other similar mails from git.d.o) I have no idea about those repos. uboot and x-loader sound closely related to each other and a bit like stuff we need to provide for Neo900 hw platform. No clue about ftpf

oooh FPTF is Fremantle Porting Task Force http://talk.maemo.org/showthread.php?t=91308 , meant for those guys to use it eventually. Seems they don't plan to do so, maybe ask freemangordon and/or pali. the typo in #8 (comment 7485) is quite misleading, alleging to FTP

Since the FPTF and other empty repositories are not exported anymore, closing. I've changed the ftpf description anyway. When the repository is used, it can be exported.
