the fake-hwclock package is not installed

In the devuan_jessie_1.0.0-beta2_arm64_raspi3.img.xz image, the fake-hwclock package isn't installed. This package along with the ntpdate package is necessary in my opinion on a system like the rpi3 without a rtc.

    Hmm, this is strange... You are using the latest image, right?

    fake-hwclockis supposed to be installed by default on all images: https://git.devuan.org/sdk/arm-sdk/blob/master/config#L60

    ## extra_packages for all images
    extra_packages=(fake-hwclock)

    Also,ntpdateshould not be installed. The ntp daemon of choice isopenntpd.

    The image I'm using is the one which is part of the torrent file at:

    https://files.devuan.org/devuan-jessie-beta.torrent

    . I assume that would be the latest. I had to install fake-hwclock when using that image, it wasn't already installed. I wasn't aware of openntpd, thanks for bringing it to my attention.

    fake-hwclockis included in arm-sdk and optionally in libdevuansdk so I shall close this issue for the time being. In the meantime I will investigate and make sure it's there on the next release ;)
