better links to gitlab
As we are focusing our developement on this gitlab server, expecially referring to the devuan-project/devuan-project and devuan-infrastructure/TODO projects, we probably needs some links pointing to the wiki of those two project on our main web site?

Meanwhile, I've refreshed the main page including a general link to the gitlab.

https://git.devuan.org/explore was mentioned in the channel. It allows to access public projects and people have a hard time finding it. Better link to that one.
