Merged to devuan-doc/documentation

Hello,

in an effort to have all documentation together so that things are easier to manage and to contribute to, I have merged all documentation here: https://git.devuan.org/devuan-doc/documentation

I made @dev1fanboy owner of the /devuan-doc/ project, which means changes to these documents and to the contributors can still be managed by them.

I won't be archiving this project since multiple people have been involved, my goal with this issue is to kindly ask everyone to join the devuan-doc project and contribute their changes there.

Due to the way wikis work in GitLab and similar software, it is not possible for non-members to contribute, which has been a bit of an issue in the past, therefore the new project has wikis disabled but there is a /dev1fanboy/wiki directory with the contents of this wiki and it should somehow be merged with the contents at /dev1fanboy.

Thank you for starting this and for all your contributions, hopefully having this be more official and easier to contribute to means more hands and better end result.
