Wiki should go into maintenance mode
As per #129 the wiki has been moved to a central place. Please could all current contributors focus their efforts there.
The wiki should remain, at minimum to keep links working or redirect where it makes more sense.
When I get some time (probably 1 week from Jan-27) I will try to clean up this wiki for things that don't make sense anymore (long lasting issue on my mental todo list), after that I think we should stop making more changes in this namespace.
