wlan0 drops as well when ethernet cable is pulled from rpi3
On an rpi3, the wlan0 connection seems to go down every time the ethernet cable is removed. it was mentioned that a hook or hack to restart wpa_supplicant can be made that will run when eth0 is disconnected.
